Self catering Rosebank - Rates

Our Rates are in ZAR ( Rand ) per person per night inclusive of VAT.

• Enquire about special conditions
• 50% deposit to secure booking
• Breakage deposit of R1200 that is held until the end of the check-out day.
• Balance of payment on arrival
• Credit Card, Bank Transfers or Cash payments accepted. Regret no cheques. Please allow two days prior to arrival if bank transfer payment is made.

Cancellation

Should a cancellation occur the following conditions apply:

 

less than 7 days prior to supposed arrival, no-show or early departure	prior to supposed arrival, forfeit full fee total
7-14 Days	prior to supposed arrival, forfeit 75% fee total
15-21 Days	prior to supposed arrival forfeit 50% fee total
22-31 Days	prior to supposed arrival forfeit 25% fee total

 

Check out time 11:00 AM
Check in anytime after 1:00 PM (or alternative can be arranged)
Rooms will be held until 5:00 PM unless other arrangements have been made
All cancellations must be in writing. No-show, Early Departure, or Cancellation less than 7 days prior to supposed arrival - forfeit the full total of accommodation cost.

50% deposit to secure your booking and payment in full prior or on arrival. Please note that with bank transfers is treated as paid when we are in receipt of the funds in our bank account.
